Man in the Middle - Chris Foy

The 44 Year old has been a busy man so far this season as this will be his 31st game.

Foy started his refereeing career in 1983 and became a Football League linesman in 1994, and was promoted to the referees list in 1996. Since then he has further progressed and joined the Premier League referees list in 2001 and has also done 4th official roles in an England friendly and the FA Trophy. He has taken charge of well over 200 games.

So far this season Foy has dished out 88 yellow cards in his 30 games, including 10 of them in one game! The boxing day clash between Stoke and Sheffield Wednesday

If you want to see him, he's taking charge of tonights televised FA Cup game between Bolton Wanderers and Arsenal, live on BBC 1.

Saturdays linesmen or assistant referees whatever you want to call them will be Jim Devine (Cleveland) and Gary Brittain (Yorkshire) while the 4th official will be David Richardson (Yorkshire)
