Paul Tierney from Lancashire.
Paul was in charge of the Millers first league game at the New York Stadium back in August, when we defeated Burton 3-0.
Two players were shown a yellow card on that afternoon and Burton's Lee Bell was also sent for an early bath.
So far this season Paul has a modest card count of 47 yellows in 22 games, but has shown 4 red cards.
