Man In The Middle - Chester City

The man in charge this weekend is David Webb, from County Durham.

For the second game running, Rotherham will be under the charge of a Referee in his first full season on the Football League list.

David only spent a year on the list of Football League Assistant Referee's before his promtion this summer.

During last season he took charge of 12 Conference games, showing yellow 24 times and keeping the red card firmly in his pocket.

Saturday sees Webb's second game as a Football League ref - no cards were issued in Bury's 1-0 win over Brentford on the opening day, his first in charge.
