Oliver Langford from the West Midlands.
Langford was last in charge of the Millers back in April, when a late Andy Barcham goal saw Gillingham take the three points home from Don Valley in a 1-0 victory.
So far this season, Oliver has been in charge of 20 games, showing 52 yellows and five red cards.
Running the lines will be Mr. A. Bennett (Devon) and Mr. G. Law (Leicestershire).
The Fourth official is Steve Bratt (West Midlands).
