Grant joied the National List of assistant referees in 1992, and was promoted to the National List of Referees in 2001.
This season he was referee for the Millers 4-1 league cup defeat at Peterborough.
Grant has been in the middle this season for 24 Games issuing a modest 25 Yellow and just the 2 Red cards.
