In charge is Mr Jarnail Singh from Hounslow.

He has a full-time occupation in the Metropolitan Police in London.

Married with two children and enjoys watching all sports.

Jarnail started refereeing in Wolverhampton in 1985 he reached Class One status in 1990 and progressed through the Suburban and Southern Leagues to reach the National List of assistant referees in 2000 and the National List of Referees in 2004. Refereed the Southern League Cup Final in 1999 and the National League Systems Cup Final in 2004.

Highlight's of his career so far he say's are. Opening the letter from the football league saying that I had been promoted onto the national list of referees and winning The Southern League Referee of the Year award for the 3rd consecutive year. This has not been achieved by any other referee.

On the downside for him must have been being suspended by the FA following a Football League Two match between Shrewsbury Town and Bradford City on the 28th September 2008.
He had failed to stop play when Graeme Lee and TJ Moncur clashed heads, leaving both players prostrate on the floor. Approximately 13 minutes later Moncur fell to the ground and appeared to be suffering a fit as a direct result of the clash of heads.

This season in eleven games he has shown 40 yellows and 1 red card.

He will be assisted by Sam Lewis (Shropshire) and Irvine Woodward (East Sussex).

The Fourth Official being John Busby (Oxfordshire)
