David Phillips from West Sussex.
One of the most experienced officials on the circuit, Phillips reffed the Millers twice last season, sending Jason Taylor off in the 1-0 defeat at Wycombe in January 2011.
He also took charge of the 3-1 defeat at home to Shrewsbury last March.
This season Phillips has been in charge of 29 games, already showing an alarming 89 yellows and 8 red cards.
Running the lines are Mr. E. Kaye and Mr. R. Whitton, both from Essex.
The fourth official is Mr. A. Ihringova (Shropshire).
