.... our old freind Trevor Kettle from Rutland.

Well it's been quite a while since we were honoured with the presence of Mr Kettle, not been avoiding us have you Trev ?

If some need reminding Trevor was the ref (cough) excuse me, of the game with Barnsley at Oakwell back in 2005, in which the Millers were left with 9 players on the pitch with Deon Burton and Lee Williamson departing with Manager Mick Hartford sent to the stands.

Not content with this we had another player, Colin Murdock, sent off in the tunnel. You would think his pencil might have gone blunt by now yet he still managed to scribble down the names of 5 Millers and 3 Barnsley players.

After starting reffing in 1983 he reached the National List of assistant referees in 1998 and was a SG assistant for a further four years until being promoted to the National List of Referees in 2003. He lists as some of his games as being an assistant referee were FA Trophy and FL Play Off Final in 2001, and Worthington Cup Final and Community Shield in 2002 He was also fourth Official at the League One Play Off Final in 2007.

In his 32 games this season he has issued 98 yellow and 10 red cards, bloomin' heck!

Running the lines will be Nigel Smith (Derbyshire) along with Jason Tyas (W. Yorkshire)

The Fourth Official is Mark Brown (E. Yorkshire)
