Millers On the March - Forest Green (FA Cup Round 1)

Last updated : 08 November 2007 By Deano
Well, here we are again and it's FA Cup time, which usually means we're out in round one and concentrate on the league - hopefully not this year and we can bring in some much needed coppers aswell as extend our unbeaten run.

Relative unknown quantities Forest Green are up first in this years competition for the Millers. Based in Nailsworth down in Gloucestershire, the Blue Square Premier outfit sit in 6th position and are as tidy a non league outfit we could wish to face.

Having moved to their new home the New Lawn last season, the club is undoubtedly forward thinking with a decent youth team and even a ladies set up and what looks like an efficient online club shop.

Non league Welsh international Darren Jones provides the experience at centre half with over 100 games for the club.
