The present club is the result of the 1992 merger of Redbridge Forest and Daganham Football Clubs.
The Redbridge Forest part of the equation can trace their ancestry back to the Ilford F. C. and Leyskenstone Clubs who were formed in 1881 and 1886 respectively.

They merged in 1979 to produce Leytonstone - Ilford who in turn merged with Walthamstow Avenue in 1988 to form Redbridge Forest.

In non-league football terms the club began life at the top, their first season saw them participate in the Conference. They finished 3rd in their inaugural season.

Pub and Grub:

Your best bet would be to drink at the ground itself, where the social club has Sky TV, two main bars and serves food. There is a small fee to enter of about 50p but we enjoyed supping there last year. If you fancy a slight walk then ten minutes away you have the Eastbrook, The Bull and the Railway public houses which all let away fans in.

Nearest Tube/train:
Dagenham East - it's around a 45 minute journey from Central London although PLEASE NOTE: The tube's being replaced by buses on Saturday between Barking and Dagenham which will add significant time to your trip.

Coach travel:
The supporters club are still selling coach tickets, at the Moulders Rest tonight and tomorrow (Friday) between 6.30 and 8.30pm for more details contact Bob Booth on 07940 663045
